中药熏洗、微波结合干扰素治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗、微波结合干扰素治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月深圳市龙华区人民医院妇产科诊治的120例妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组患者给予微波结合干扰素治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上给予中药熏洗。观察两组患者治疗效果、复发情况及生活质量之间的差异。结果治疗6周后,试验组患者治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月内,试验组患者的复发率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+和IFN-γ水平均明显高于对照组,CD8^+、IL-4和IL-10水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗、微波结合干扰素治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者可有效调节T淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子水平,提高临床疗效,降低复发率,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fuming and washing,microwave combined with interferon on the treatment of condyloma acuminata in pregnancy and its effect on the quality of life.Methods From April 2016 to April 2018,120 patients with condyloma acuminata in pregnancy diagnosed in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Longhua District People′s Hospital in Shenzhen were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with microwave combined with interferon,and patients in the experimental group were combined with the fuming and washing with Traditional Chinese medicine.The differences of treatment effect,recurrence and quality of life between the two groups were observed.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and IFN-γin the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^+,IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fuming and washing,microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminata in pregnancy can effectively regulate T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines,improve clinical efficacy,reduce recurrence rate and improve the quality of patients′life.
