“饭圈”的拓扑结构及其参与社会治理的思考

摘　　要：饭圈文化是移动互联网时代流行于青年群体之间的亚文化现象。作为人类共同体的形态延伸,饭圈具有粉丝共同体、情感共同体、利益共同体与实践共同体等属性。作为一种青年自组织过程与现象,饭圈存在崇拜强者的心理机制、追求"巅峰体验"与"生命绽放"的回馈机制、技术赋能与反噬等多重机制;同时,受制于规模边界与"生命周期"规律,其兴起与衰落有一定必然性,不存在失控风险。饭圈与流量创造了新的社会分层标准,将成为人类网络社会生活的新常态。通过网络世界的巨大连通性,饭圈实现了资源整合,提升了系统效力。应积极引导饭圈参与社会治理与社会建设,发挥其在抗击疫情、社区服务、精准扶贫等方面的优势作用。The"fans circle"culture is a sub-cultural phenomenon popular among the youth groups in the mobile Internet era.As an extension of human community,it has the characteristic of being a fans community,emotional community,interest community and practice community.As a phenomenon of youth self-organization,the"fans circle"has multiple mechanisms,such as the psychological mechanism of worshipping the strong,the feedback mechanism of pursuing"peak experience"and"life bloom",and technological empowerment and reverse phagocytosis.At the same time,as restricted by the scale boundary and the"life cycle"law,its rise and decline are inevitable,and there is no risk of losing control.The fans circle creates a new social stratification standard,which will become the new normal of human network social life.Through the great connectivity of the network world,the fans circle realizes the resource integration and improves the system’s effectiveness.We should actively guide the fans circle to participate in social governance and development,and give full play to its advantages in pandemic prevention,community service and targeted poverty alleviation.
