摘  要:依托深中通道伶仃洋大桥东锚碇施工实际,在自然条件恶劣,锚碇基础尺寸巨大,国内无相关施工经验的条件下,比较了锁口钢管桩围堰、双排钢板桩围堰、膜袋砂筑岛围堰等多种可行的筑岛围堰形式,选取新型锁口钢管桩筑岛围堰结构。详细阐述了锚碇围堰的设计思路、设计要点、施工工艺流程,介绍了结构构造、整体计算、局部分析,进行了固结度及沉降计算,可为海上软土中大型锚碇基础及类似结构设计与施工提供借鉴。Depending on the construction practice of the east anchorage of Lingdingyang Bridge in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,under the bad natural conditions,the large size of the anchorage foundation and the lack of relevant construction experience in China,we compared various feasible island cofferdam forms,such as steel pipe pile cofferdam with locking collar,double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam and sand-filled membrane bag cofferdam,selected a new type of steel pipe pile island cofferdam with locking collar.We expounded in detail the design idea,key points of design and construction technological process of the anchorage island cofferdam,introduced the structural structure,overall calculation and local analysis,and carried out the calculation of degree of consolidation and settlement,which provides reference for design and construction of large-scale anchor foundation and similar structure in offshore soft soil at sea.
