摘 要:为研究原材料对水泥基高强灌浆材料强度的影响,以水泥基高强灌浆材料28 d强度可达120 MPa的配合比作为基准配合比,分别改变水料比、集料和活性掺合料的掺量,对灌浆材料不同龄期的抗压强度进行检测。结果表明,随着水料比逐渐增大,灌浆材料的1 d、3 d、28 d抗压强度逐渐减小;随着集料和活性掺合料掺量逐渐增大,灌浆材料的1 d、3 d、28 d抗压强度先增大后减小,但总体的变化幅度不大;水料比是影响水泥基高强灌浆材料强度的主要因素,水料比宜≤0.10;集料和活性掺合料均存在最优掺量,分别为水泥质量的100%和27.5%。To study the effects of composition material on the compressive strength of cement based high-strength grouting material,according to the base mix that the 28 d compressive strength could be up to 120 MPa,the water-powder material ratio and the dosage of aggregate and active supplementary material were changed,the compressive strength of grouting materials at different ages was tested.The results show that the 1 d,3 d and 28 d compressive strength of grouting materials gradually decreases with the increase of water-powder material ratio;and the 1 d,3 d and 28 d compressive strength of grouting materials first increased and then decreased slightly with the increase of aggregate and active admixture content,but the overall change range is not large;the water-powder material ratio is the main factor which has effect on the compressive strength of cement based high-strength grouting material,and it should not be greater than 0.10;there are optimal dosage of aggregate and active supplementary material,which are 100%and 27.5%of cement quality respectively.
