摘  要:通过分析ZDJ9电动转辙机自动开闭器动、静接点结构及接触角度的测量和计算过程,指出接点烧损的原因,提出在静接点底座加装带有倾角的楔形模具的改进方案,将静接点片与动接点环在接通和断开的瞬间由点接触改为线接触,减小电弧的产生.现场实际运用效果明显,达到了延长接点使用寿命和减少故障发生的目的.Through analyzing the measurement and calculation of the dynamic and static contact's structure as well as the contact angle of the automatic switch in ZDJ9 electric switch machinef the cause of the contact’s burn-out is sought out and an improvement scheme is proposed,in which a wedge-shaped die with inclination angle is added to the static contact's base,converting the point contact between the static contact piece and the dynamic contact ring into a line contact at the moment of connection and disconnection so as to reduce the generation of electric arc.The effect of field application is obvious and the purposes of prolonging the service life of the contact and reducing the occurrence of faults are also achieved.
