摘 要:为了确定新疆某超贫铁矿石(TFe品位14.87%)的高效开发利用工艺,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了选矿试验研究。研究表明,矿石中主要含铁矿物为磁铁矿,主要脉石矿物为绿泥石、石英、透辉石等,铁矿物与脉石矿物共生紧密;高压辊磨机碎至5~0 mm试样经干式磁选抛尾、2阶段磨矿弱磁选、磁悬浮精选机精选,获得了产率15.21%,TFe品位66.56%、回收率68.11%的精矿;该工艺具有流程简单,选矿效率高,生产成本低的特点,对类似矿石的开发利用具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to determine the high efficient development and utilization technology of an ultra-lean iron ore(TFe grade 14.87%)in Xinjiang,the mineral processing experiment was carried out on the basis of process mineralogy.The results show that the main iron-bearing minerals are magnetite,the main gangue minerals are chlorite,quartz,diopside and so on.Iron ore is closely associated with gangue minerals.The concentrate with a yield rate of 15.21%,TFe grade of 66.56%and recovery of 68.11%was obtained by crushing the samples to 5~0 mm by high pressure roller mill after dry magnetic separation,2-stage grinding,low intensity magnetic separation and magnetic suspension cleaning,the characteristics of high mineral processing efficiency and low production cost have certain reference significance for the development and utilization of similar ore.
