摘  要:送粉管道是火力发电厂中磨煤机和燃烧器连接的桥梁,其布置对锅炉一次风道燃烧器的流量分配和机组经济运行有很大影响。为改善送粉管道内流动特性,模拟了送粉管道的阻力特性和内流特征,分析管道阻力的各个构成,得出增大管径后的阻力特性。The powder feeding pipeline is the bridge connecting the coal mill and the burner in the thermal power plant.Its layout has a great influence on the flow distribution of the boiler’s primary air duct burner and the economic operation of the unit.In order to improve the flow characteristics in the powder feeding pipeline,the resistance characteristics and internal flow characteristics of the powder feeding pipeline are simulated,the various components of the pipeline resistance are analyzed,and the resistance characteristics after increasing the pipe diameter are obtained.
