建筑产业工人培育成效、问题和改革路径研究

摘　　要：培育建筑产业工人有效推动了建筑领域新技术的推广和使用,加快了建筑产业发展。经过多年探索和各级政府、建筑行业、社会各相关部门相互合作,共同培育一批建筑产业工人,取得了一定成绩。通过对建筑企业调研,现阶段建筑产业工人培育仍存在部分问题,针对这些问题提出了相关改革措施,为完善建筑业人才培育体系、健全人才激励机制、构建良好的人才培养环境提出尝试性建议。Cultivating construction industry workers effectively promoted the promotion and use of new technologies in the construction field,and accelerated the development of the construction industry.After years of exploration,governments at all levels,construction enterprises,construction industry,and various relevant departments of society have cooperated with each other to jointly cultivate workers in the construction industry and have achieved certain results.Through research on construction enterprises,there are still some problems in the cultivation of construction industry workers at this stage,and related reform measures have been proposed to improve the construction industry’s talent cultivation system,perfect talent incentive mechanism,and build a good talent cultivation environment.
