摘　　要：十八大以来,为了全面掌握和有效调处各类矛盾纠纷和不稳定因素,积极预防和减少涉稳问题的发生,真正把矛盾纠纷化解在萌芽状态,确保廊坊市和谐稳定的局面。引入第三方力量参与社会治理,提高管理服务水平,扎实做好信访工作。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the government has attached great importance to petition work in Letters and Visits.In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of stability-related issues,truly resolve conflicts and disputes in the bud and ensure a harmonious and stable situation in Langfang City,Introducing thirdparty forces help to participate in social governance,improve management and service levels,and do a solid job in petition of Letters and Visits.
