鲜益母草胶囊联合雌孕激素对药物流产后出血和月经恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊联合雌、孕激素对药物流产后出血和月经恢复的临床疗效。方法:将药物流产患者86例随机分为2组,每组43例。对照组患者行药物流产后给予戊酸雌二醇片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用鲜益母草胶囊治疗。观察比较2组临床疗效、出血情况、月经恢复情况及治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果:总有效率观察组临床为97.67%,对照组为74.42%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血时间、月经来潮时间及经期均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后14 d、21 d,2组患者血清E2水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),P水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组两项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊治疗药物流产后出血疗效显著,可有效改善患者出血情况及血清性激素水平,恢复患者月经周期。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xianyimucao capsules combined with estrogen and progesterone on hemorrhage after medical abortion and menstruation recovery.Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients underwent medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.After medical abortion,the control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xianyimucao capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,the situation of hemorrhage,menstruation recovery and the levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in serum before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 97.67%in the observation group,and74.42%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The arrival of the menses in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the duration of hemorrhage and menstruation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).On the 14th and 21st days after treatment,the levels of E2 in the two groups was increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the P level was decreased(P<0.05);and the two levels in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianyimucao capsules has significant curative effect on treating hemorrhage after medical abortion,which can effectively improve hemorrhage and the levels of sex hormones in serum,and restore the menstrual cycle.
