补肾健脾祛痰汤联合针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾健脾祛痰汤联合针灸治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:选择肥胖型PCOS患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用补肾健脾祛痰汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗。比较2组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、中医证候评分、卵巢体积和小卵泡数量,并评价临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组卵巢体积和小卵泡数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组卵巢体积和小卵泡数量较治疗前减少(P<0.05),观察组卵巢体积和小卵泡数量均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组BMI、WHR及中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组BMI、WHR及中医证候评分均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾祛痰汤联合针灸治疗肥胖型PCOS,可改善患者肥胖程度及PCOS症状,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Qutan tang combined with acupuncture for obesitytyped polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 100 cases of obese patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Bushen Jianpi Qutan tang,and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture for treatment based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),Chinese medicine syndrome scores,ovarian volume and the number of small follicles were compared between the two groups.The clinical effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 92.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 76.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of ovarian volume and the number of small follicles between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume and the number of small follicles in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared BMI,WHR and Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI,WHR and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were all lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bushen Jianpi Qutan tang combined with acupuncture for obesity-typed PCOS has defined curative effect,which can decrease the degree of obesity and alleviate PCOS symptoms.
