摘 要:我国是食管癌高发区,中医学对食管癌的防治进行过大量的探索。食管癌在临床症状上归属中医噎膈范畴,但噎膈所涵盖的范围并非只有食管癌,还包括了食管良性狭窄、食管炎等疾病。其预后转归有天壤之别,病因、病机与治法也势必不同。本文开展对食管癌中医病名的探讨,进一步梳理各代医家对食管癌的认识,以明确食管癌的病机,从而确立针对食管癌防治的根本法则。China is a high incidence area of esophageal cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine has conducted a lot of exploration on the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.The clinical symptoms of esophageal cancer belong to the category of dysphagia in Chinese medicine,which covers not only esophageal cancer,but also benign esophageal stricture,esophagitis and other diseases.As there is a world of difference in prognosis and outcome among them,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment are also different.In this paper,the name of esophageal cancer in Chinese medicine was discussed,and the understanding of esophageal cancer of physicians in different generation was further analyzed,in the hope of making clear its pathogenesis,so as to establish the fundamental rule for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.
