摘 要:主要研究了环境中的温、湿度对牛革透湿性的影响程度。以测量数据为基础,分析了温度、湿度的单一因素对牛革透湿性的影响,并分析了温度、湿度双因素对牛革透湿性的综合影响,通过matlab软件运用最小二乘法原理建立了三者间的回归方程。研究表明:环境温度越高,牛革透湿性能越好。当湿度达到67%左右时,牛革的透湿量达到最大值,当湿度为74%时,其透湿量最小。环境温度与湿度对牛革透湿性的综合影响曲线为z=-0.0006x2+0.048 5x-0.001 1xy+7.899y2-11.9y+4.247。This article mainly studied the incidence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather.Firstly,it analyzed the influence of a single factor of temperature or humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather based on the measured data.Then it analyzed the comprehensive influence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather.Finally,the regression equation for the comprehensive influence of temperature and humidity on the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather was established by using the principle of least squares method through matlab software.The research shows that the higher the ambient temperature,the better the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather,w h e n the humidity is about 67%,the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is the highest,when the humidity is about 74%,the moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is the worst.The comprehensive influence surface of temperature and humidity on moisture permeability of natural cattle leather is.z=-0.0006x2+0.048 5x-0.001 1xy+7.899y2-11.9y+4.247。
