摘 要:将弱氧化型杀菌剂添加于造纸系统以控制厌氧细菌的繁殖,进而控制车间异味的产生。通过对pH、ORP(氧化还原电位)和PID(挥发性有机物气体)检测监控,对系统白水的细菌、霉菌检测,并对纸机的运行状况以及清洁状况进行跟踪。结果表明:添加弱氧化型杀菌剂后系统pH从6.01上升到7.68,氧化还原电位从-300 mV上升到100 mV,车间的PID(挥发性有机物气体)基本监测不到,车间刺激性臭味等大大降低。A weak oxidation-type bactericide was added to the papermaking system to control the growth of anaerobic bacteria and thus to control the production of odors in the workshop.The pH,ORP(oxidation reduction potential)and PID gas detection was carried on the monitor and the bacteria and mold in white water of the system were detected,and the running and cleaning status of the paper machine were tracked as well.The results show that after adding the weak oxidation-type bactericide,the pH increased from 6.01 to 7.68,the REDOX potential increased from-300 mV to 100 mV,the PID gas cannot be monitored,and the workshop irritating odor was reduced greatly.
