摘　　要：通过对我国"新医改"政策布局和"价值医疗"概念的分析,探讨建立以"价值医疗"为导向的医院运营管理模式的方式和方法,这种管理模式在保证医疗质量、安全和效率的前提下,能够实现提升患者就诊体验、降低医疗成本,提高医疗资源配置和使用效率的目标。Based on the analysis of the medical reform policy layout and the concept of value-based healthcare,it discusses the ways and methods of establishing the hospital operation and management model guided by value-based healthcare.Under the premise of quality,safety and efficiency of medical treatment,it can achieve the goals of improving patients’medical experience,reducing medical costs,and improving the allocation and use efficiency of medical resources.
