摘　　要：特应性皮炎患儿常合并各种心理与行为问题,如注意缺陷多动障碍、抑郁症、自闭症等,甚至会有自杀倾向。特应性皮炎与心理与行为问题共病的机制尚不十分清楚,合理有效地治疗特应性皮炎、正确识别其相关的心理与行为问题并早期干预,可以有效降低患儿心理与行为问题的发生,改善患儿的预后。Children with atopic dermatitis often have a variety of psychological and behavioral problems,such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,depression,autism,and even suicidal tendencies.The mechanism of comorbidity between atopic dermatitis and psychological and behavioral problems is still unclear.Reasonable and effective treatment of atopic dermatitis,as well as correct identification of and early intervention with related psychological and behavioral problems can effectively reduce the occurrence of psychological and behavioral problems,and improve the prognosis of children with atopic dermatitis.
