摘 要:目的对多孔医用植入材料抗菌性能的研究进展进行综述,为新型医用植入材料的研发提供指导。方法查阅近年与多孔医用植入材料抗菌性能相关的文献,从多孔医用植入材料的分类、特点与应用、抗菌方式三方面进行综述。结果多孔医用植入材料可以根据表面孔径大小、制备过程、体内降解程度、材料来源进行分类。其凭借良好的生物相容性以及生物力学性质被广泛应用于医疗领域。尽管如此,多孔医用植入材料本身的抗菌性能并不明显,需要通过结构修饰、整体修饰以及涂层改性的方法获得提升。结论目前,涂层改性作为完善多孔医用植入材料抗菌性能的主流改性方式依然是研究热点。新型抗菌物质的引入为新型涂层多孔医用植入材料的研发提供了新角度,使多孔医用植入材料在兼顾生物相容性的同时具有更可靠的抗菌性能。Objective The antibacterial properties of porous medical implant materials were reviewed to provide guidance for further improvement of new medical implant materials.Methods The literature related to the antibacterial properties of porous medical implant materials in recent years was consulted,and the classification,characteristics and applications,and antibacterial methods of porous medical implant materials were reviewed.Results Porous medical implant materials can be classified according to surface pore size,preparation process,degree of degradation in vivo,and material source.It is widely used in the medical field due to its good biocompatibility and biomechanical properties.Nevertheless,the antibacterial properties of porous medical implant materials themselves are not obvious,and their antibacterial properties need to be improved through structural modification,overall modification,and coating modification.Conclusion At present,coating modification as the mainstream modification method for improving the antibacterial properties of porous medical materials is still a research hotspot.The introduction of new antibacterial substances provides a new perspective for the development of new coated porous medical implant materials,so that the porous medical implant materials have a more reliable antibacterial effect while taking into account biocompatibility.
