摘  要:为进一步提高污泥预处理效果,加速污泥固体水解过程。研究对比了单独碱解、单独臭氧化以及碱-臭氧3种污泥预处理方式的优劣,分别考察了在不同NaOH投加量、不同臭氧投加量以及不同初始污泥浓度的条件下,挥发性悬浮固体(MLVSS)、溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、总氮、总磷、pH、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性多糖的变化情况。结果表明,单独碱处理可以达到一定的污泥溶胞效果,在碱投加量为0.1 g NaOH/gMLSS、污泥初始质量浓度为12 g/L、反应时间在100 min左右时处理效果最佳;而碱-臭氧组合工艺效果明显高于单独工艺处理,在提高15%的有机物增溶率的同时大大降低了臭氧的消耗,蛋白质与多糖等大分子有机质的溶出效果更强,以臭氧投加量为0.018 gO3/gMLSS反应40 min后两者最高分别能达到179 mg/L和57 mg/L,为后续回流工艺补充碳源,降低预处理成本。In order to further improve the sludge pretreatment effect,Accelerate sludge hydrolysis process.The study compared the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of sludge pretreatment methods,namely alkaline hydrolysis,single ozonation and alkali-ozone.The conditions of different NaOH dosage,different ozone dosage and different initial sludge concentrations were investigated.Changes in volatile suspended solids(MLVSS),dissolved chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),total nitrogen,total phosphorus,pH,soluble protein,and soluble polysaccharides.The results showed that the alkali treatment could achieve a certain sludge lysis effect,and the best treatment effect was obtained when the alkali dosage was 0.1 g NaOH/g MLSS,the initial concentration of sludge was 12 g/L,and the reaction time was about 100 minutes.The effect of ozone combined process is obviously higher than that of separate process treatment,which greatly reduces the ozone solubilization rate while increasing the solubilization rate of organic matter by 15%.The dissolution effect of macromolecular organic matter such as protein and polysaccharide is stronger,After the dosage of ozone was 0.018 gO3/gMLSS for 40 min,the highest can reach 179 mg/L and 57 mg/L respectively,which supplemented the carbon source and reduced the pretreatment cost.
