摘 要:以实际养猪废水厌氧处理后的污水为对象,研究了溶解氧(DO)对好氧颗粒污泥培养及处理养猪废水性能的影响。结果表明,DO含量不仅影响好氧颗粒污泥的形成时间,还影响好氧颗粒污泥的主要特征。当DO的质量浓度在3~4 mg/L时,好氧颗粒污泥易形成,且稳定运行期总悬浮固体(TSS)含量、ρ(VSS)/ρ(TSS)最大,污泥沉降指数、胞外聚合物(EPS)含量、蛋白质/多糖的质量分数比最低。稳定运行时,当DO的质量浓度在3~4 mg/L时,COD和NH4+-N去除率分别在95.6%~97.1%和91.2%,显著高于其他组别。DO的质量浓度在3~4 mg/L时,Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes的相对丰度最高,为35.6%和19.5%,这2种微生物对脱氮除磷具有重要贡献。Taking the sewage of pig wastewater after anaerobic treatment as the research object,the effects of dissolved oxygen(DO)on the cultivation of aerobic granular sludge and the performance of pig wastewater treatment were studied.The results showed that DO content affected not only the formation time of aerobic granular sludge but also the main characteristics of aerobic granular sludge.When DO mass concentration was 3~4 mg/L,aerobic granular sludge was easy to form,and total suspended solids(TSS),volatile suspended solids(VSS)/TSS were the largest,sludge sedimentation index,and extracellular polymer(EPS)content,protein/polysaccharide were the lowest.During the stable operation,when the mass concentration of DO was 3~4 mg/L,the COD and NH4+-N removal rate were 95.6%~97.1%and 91.2%,which were significantly higher than those of other groups.When mass concentration of DO was 3~4 mg/L,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes was the highest,which was35.6%and 19.5%,respectively.These two microorganisms had important contributions to nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
