摘 要:为了分析载铝树脂对氟的吸附机理,分析了亚氨基二乙酸、铝离子之间的热力学平衡平衡关系,并选用D401载铝树脂进行了除氟实验验证。结果表明,pH对载铝树脂的吸附和解吸都有重要影响,当pH在4~7时,亚氨基二乙酸中的离子态H2L-、HL2-可以与铝离子形成稳定的AlL2鳌合物,有利于树脂对氟的选择性吸附。当pH>10或pH<1时,树脂上AlL2的稳定性会显著降低,当树脂吸附饱和后,可以用1 mol/L以上的酸液或者碱液进行解吸。碱性条件下解吸时,树脂上氟铝配合物的稳定性比AlL2的稳定性更强,氟离子和铝离子同时脱附并进入解吸液。In order to analyze the adsorption mechanism of fluorine on aluminum-loaded chelating resin,the thermodynamic equilibrium relationship between iminodiacetic acid and aluminum was investigated,and the fluoride removal experiment was carried out by the aluminum-loaded resin(D401).The results showed that,the pH had great influence on the adsorption and desorption of the aluminum-loaded resin.At pH 4 to 7,the ion form H2L-and HL2-of iminodiacetic acid could combine with aluminum and transform into stable chelate form of AlL2,which was favor for the selective adsorption of fluoride.When the pH was greater than 10 or the pH was less than 1,the stability of AlL2 on the resin would be significantly reduced.When the resin was saturated,it could be desorbed with acid or lye above 1 mol/L.When desorbed under alkaline conditions,the stability of the fluorine-aluminum complex on the resin was stronger than that of AlL2,and the fluoride and aluminum ions desorbed at the same time and entered the desorption solution.
