摘  要:采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法回收剩余污泥碱解上清液中的氮、磷。在单因素实验的基础上通过Box-Behnken响应曲面法对反应条件进行优化,建立了基于PO43--P回收率和NH3-N回收率的二次函数预测模型。结果表明,所建立的数学模型拟合度良好,具有较好的回归性;模型预测优化反应参数为:初始溶液pH为9.15,n(Mg):n(P)=1.78,反应时间25 min,预测PO43--P及NH3-N回收率分别为76.81%和59.75%。模型预测与实验实测结果基本吻合。对优化条件下得到的沉淀物进行定性分析,其主要组成成分是磷酸铵镁,晶体结构呈斜方形。基于响应曲面法所得的优化工艺参数准确可靠,对污泥上清液中氮磷的回收及其条件优化具有一定的指导意义。Magnesium-ammonium phosphate(MAP)precipitation method was used to recovery ammonium nitrogen and phosphate from the alkaline hydrolysis supernatant of excess sludge.Based on the single factor tests,reaction conditions were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology,and quadratic polynomial prediction models of ammonium nitrogen and phosphorus recovery rate were established.The results demonstrated that,the established mathematical model had good fit and good regression,and the model predicted the optimal reaction parameters as follow,pH and n(Mg):n(P)were 9.15 and 1.78,and reaction time of 25 min.The predicted values of PO43--P and NH3-N recovery rates were 76.81%and 59.75%,respectively.The model prediction was basically consistent with the experimental results.The qualitative analysis of the precipitate obtained under the optimized conditions showed that its main component was magnesium ammonium phosphate,and the crystal structure was in an oblique square shape.The optimized process parameters based on the response surface method were accurate and reliable,and have certain guiding significance for the recovery of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sludge supernatant and the optimization of conditions.
