摘 要:结合某公司LT-MED海水淡化装置的结垢情况,采用不同的清洗工艺对各效进行了清洗,其中冷凝效采用高压水射流清洗工艺,第2~7效采用循环喷淋酸洗工艺,第1效采用"酸洗-中性洗"双循环清洗工艺。通过清洗,LT-MED海水淡化装置换热效率提高了5%以上,产量提高了10%以上,并彻底解决了热法海水淡化装置复合垢难以清除的技术难题。清洗后对热法海水淡化装置加药系统进行了优化改造,其阻垢效果明显改善,第1效结垢量减少了约40%。In this paper,different cleaning processes were used to clean each effect according to the scaling situation of LT-MED desalination unit in a company.The condensation effect was cleaned by high pressure water jet cleaning process,the 2-7 effects were cleaned by cyclic pickling cleaning process,and the first effect was cleaned by"pickling washing+neutral washing"double cycle cleaning process.Through cleaning,the thermal efficiency of LT-MED seawater desalination unit has been increased by more than 5%and the output has been increased by more than 10%.The technical problem of removing the composite scale of the thermal seawater desalination unit has been completely solved.After cleaning,the dosing system of the thermal seawater desalination device was optimized and the scale inhibition effect was significantly improved,and the amount of scale in the first effect is reduced by about 40%.
