摘  要:通过向反应瓶及上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器中投加不同含量的Fe^2+,考察低温条件下Fe^2+对厌氧氨氧化脱氮性能的短期及长期影响。结果表明,短期影响下,浓度0.16 mmol/L的Fe^2+对厌氧氨氧化有明显的促进作用。到第四阶段末,Fe^2+的浓度0.16 mmol/L实验组NH4+-N及NO2--N去除率分别达到93.38%和88.12%,明显优空白组的79.38%和75.18%;长期影响下,经过80 d的培养,发现投加Fe^2+浓度为0.08 mmol/L时,系统的反应器NH4+-N、NO2--N去除率分别升高至83.0%、83.2%。添加Fe^2+可以促进系统内蛋白质含量增多,多糖含量下降,污泥的活性以及沉降性较好。The short-term and long-term effects of Fe^2+on denitrification by anaerobic ammonium oxidation under low temperature conditions were investigated by adding different content of Fe^2+to the reaction flask and the UASB reactor.The results showed that,Fe^2+concentration of 0.16 mmol/L could promote the anaerobic ammonium oxidation under short-term effects.At the end of the fourth stage,the removal rate of NH4+-N and NO2--N in the concentration of Fe^2+of 0.16 mmol/L in the experimental group reached 93.38%and 88.12%,respectively,which was significantly better than that of the blank group,79.38%and 75.18%.Under long-term influence,after 80 d of cultivation,it was found that when the concentration of Fe^2+was0.08 mmol/L,the NH4+-N and NO2--N removal rate of the system reactor increased to 83.0%and 83.2%respectively.The addition of Fe^2+could promote the increase of PN content in the system,decrease the PS content,and improve the activity and sedimentation of the sludge.
