印染废水高占比污水处理厂提标改造实例

摘　　要：太湖地区某污水处理厂,接纳污水78%为印染废水,为印染废水高占比污水处理厂。污水处理厂设计规模为4.8万m3/d,一期工程(3万m3/d)处理工业污水,二期工程(1.8万m^3/d)处理生活污水。现对一期工程处理工艺末端新建生物炭曝气滤池,并将二期工程改建为"物化+生化+深度处理"组合工艺的工业污水处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,总排口出水COD在38.4~40.8 mg/L,且其他指标均能达到太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染排放限值(DB 32/T1072-2018)中表2排放要求,此提标改造工程保证了最终出水稳定达标。A sewage treatment plant in the Taihu Lake area receives 78%of the sewage as dyeing wastewater,which is a sewage treatment plant with a high proportion of dyeing wastewater.The design scale of the sewage treatment plant is 48,000 m^3/d.The first phase of the project(30000 m^3/d)is used to treat industrial sewage,and the second phase(18000 m^3/d)is used to treat domestic sewage.A new biochar aerated filter was built at the end of the first phase of the project,and the second phase of the project was rebuilt into an industrial wastewater treatment process with a combined process of"physicochemical+biochemical+advanced treatment".The actual operation results show that the total outlet COD is 38.4~40.8 mg/L,and other indicators can reach the"Taihu Lake Region Urban Sewage Treatment Plant and Key Industrial Industry Main Water Pollution Discharge Limits"(DB32/T1072-2018)Table 2 discharge requirements.This standard upgrading and renovation project ensures that the final effluent can meet the standard stably.
