摘 要:新建建筑项目普遍建有地下室停车库,且布局结构复杂。车库地面排水无法自流排出,需经有效收集后由潜污泵提升排至室外。如排水不及时,车库被淹,将造成重大安全隐患和经济损失。本文以地下室停车库地面排水为对象,对车库地面排水的收集措施、集水坑的设置以及潜水泵的选型及控制进行分析研究。结果表明:地下室停车库排水设施采用地漏、排水沟与集水坑相结合的形式,经济合理;排水沟及地漏的设置须经水力计算确定;以消防排水流量设置集水坑及潜水泵较有设计依据。研究成果可为类似项目设计提供借鉴与参考。The new projects are generally equipped with basement parking garage with complex layout.The ground drainage can’t be discharged by gravity flowing,which needs to be effectively collected and lifted to the outside by the submersible sewage pumps.If the drainage is not timely,the garage will be flooded,and major security risks and economic losses will be caused.In order to discharge the ground drainage of basement parking garage,the collection of ground drainage,the setting of collecting sump,the selection and control of submersible pump are analyzed and studied.The results show that the drainage facilities of the basement parking garage adopt the combination of floor drain,drainage ditch and collecting sump,which is economical and reasonable.The setting of drainage ditch and floor drain shall be determined by hydraulic calculation.There is a design basis for collecting sump and submersible pump according to fire drainage flow,which can provide reference for similar project design.
