摘 要:钢防撞墙是城市桥梁的一种安全防护设施,其作为桥梁附属结构,相比传统混凝土防撞墙,具有质量轻、强度高、缓冲性能好、安装方便快捷等优势,并能减少高空作业的工作量。本文结合长沙市湘府路快速改造工程钢防撞墙的应用案例,对施工过程中的难点进行分析,分别从钢防撞墙的构造、制作工艺流程、现场安装及质量控制等方面对钢防撞墙施工的关键技术进行阐述。该施工技术充分体现了工厂化优势,明显提高了防撞墙的施工效率,对同类城市桥梁的施工具有一定指导意义。Compared with traditional concrete crash wall,steel anti-collision wall as an auxiliary structure of bridge,is a kind of safety protection facilities of urban bridges with such advantages as lighter weight,higher strength,better buffering performance,convenient installation,etc.,which greatly reduces the workload of high-altitude operation.Combined with the application case of the steel anti-collision wall for rapid reconstruction project of Xiangfu Road in Changsha,the difficulties in the construction process is analyzed,and the key construction technologies of the steel anti-collision wall from such aspects as structure,production process,field installation,quality control,etc.of the steel anti-collision wall are elaborated.The construction technology fully embodies the advantages of factory,and obviously improves the construction efficiency of the anti-collision wall,which has a certain guiding significance for the research and construction of similar urban bridges.
