摘 要:基于集群系统构建与可靠性关系研究发现,集群空间布局规划趋于合理必须以较高的可靠性水平作保障。针对目前我国先进制造业集群空间布局雷同、集聚水平低等问题,集群主体亟需对现有资源进行空间重构。从集群供应链一体化角度构建面向可靠性的先进制造业集群空间布局合理度评估模型,以长三角某区域先进制造业集群空间布局网络规划为例,提出一种基于熵权TOPSIS模型的评估方法,得出各方案的空间布局合理度综合排序及关键影响要素,给出合理度等级并确定薄弱环节。研究结果表明,通过该方法能够综合反映出不同区域先进制造商集群整体空间布局情况,为集群要素整合、流动,形成特色产业空间布局结构提供借鉴与参考。On the basis of research on the relationship between the construction and reliability of the cluster system,it is found that the cluster spatial layout planning tends to be reasonable and must be guaranteed with a higher level of reliability.In view of the similar spatial layout of advanced manufacturing clusters and low agglomeration levels in China at present,the main body of the cluster urgently needs to reconstruct the existing resources.From the perspective of cluster supply chain integration,this paper constructs a reliability-oriented evaluation model of spatial layout rationality of advanced manufacturing clusters,taking the spatial layout network planning of advanced manufacturing clusters in a certain region of Yangtze River Delta as an example,proposes an evaluation method based on entropy weight TOPSIS model,concludes the comprehensive ranking of the spatial layout of each scheme and the key influencing factors,gives the grade of rationality and determines the weak links.The results show that this method can comprehensively reflect the overall spatial layout of advanced manufacturers in different regions,and provide reference for the integration and flow of cluster elements and the formation of spatial layout structure of characteristic industries.
