摘 要:以不同的挤压铸造工艺参数制备了铝合金连杆,并进行了力学性能和磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随浇注温度增大,加压前停留时间从3 s延长到15 s,铝合金连杆试样的力学性能和耐磨损性能先提高后下降。与640℃相比,720℃浇注的试样抗拉强度增大了9%,伸长率和磨损体积分别减小了24%和51%;与加压前停留时间3 s的力学性能相比,加压前停留12 s的试样抗拉强度增大了51%,伸长率和磨损体积分别减小了21%和49%。铝合金连杆的挤压铸造浇注温度和加压前停留时间优选720℃和12 s。Aluminum alloy connecting rods were prepared by using different squeeze casting process parameters. The mechanical properties and wear properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature and the increase of residence time before pressure from 3 s to 15 s, the mechanical properties and wear resistance of aluminum alloy connecting rod increase first and then decrease. Compared with those of pouring temperature of 640 ℃, the tensile strength of the cast sample at 720 ℃ increases by 9%, and the elongation and the wear volume decrease by 24% and51%, respectively. Compared with the mechanical properties of the specimens with retention time of 3 s before compression,the tensile strength of the specimens retained for 12 s before compression increases by 51%, and the elongation and the wear volume decrease by 21% and 49%, respectively. The optimized pouring temperature and residence time before pressure for squeeze casting of aluminum alloy connecting rod are 720℃ and 12 s, respectively.
