摘 要:利用Forge软件对08钢汽车空心EPS转向轴旋锻成形进行了数值模拟,通过正文试验研究了锤头相对转角、下压量、进锤速度和坯料轴向进给量对关键部位成形过程的影响。获得了汽车空心EPS转向轴旋锻成形的较优工艺参数:锤头相对转角为18°,压下量为1 mm,进锤速度为5 mm/s,坯料轴向进给量为0.5 mm。最后以优化的参数进行了样品试制,结果表明该组工艺参数所生产出的样品性能优良。The numerical simulation of rotary forging of automobile hollow EPS steering shaft of 08 steel was carried out by using Forge software. The influence of technological parameters, such as the relative angle of hammer head, reduction, feed hammer velocity and axial feed of billet on the forming process of key parts was studied by orthogonal experiment. The optimum technological parameters were obtained. That is the relative angle of hammer head of 18°, the reduction of 1 mm,feed hammer velocity of 5 mm/s, and the axial feed of billet of 0.5 mm. Finally, the optimized parameters were used to produce the sample.The results show that the sample produced by this group of process parameters has good performance.
