摘 要:为研究结构胶-自冲铆混合连接接头的剥离性能及结构胶与自冲铆的相互影响关系,利用ABAQUS软件建立了T型接头数值模拟模型。采用了内聚力模型模拟结构胶损伤,采用了渐进损伤模型模拟铝合金的损伤。对比了剥离试验结果,结构胶-自冲铆混合连接T型接头数值模型预测的能量吸收值误差为3.44%,验证了仿真模型的有效性。对比了结构胶-自冲铆混合连接和自冲铆接的剥离试验力-位移曲线,结果表明:结构胶使自冲铆接T型接头的能量吸收值提高了45.0%。对比了结构胶-自冲铆混合连接和结构胶接的剥离仿真胶层损伤云图,结果表明:自冲铆使结构胶接T型接头的胶层损伤面积得到了有效的降低。In order to study the peeling properties of adhesive-SPR hybrid joint and the interactions between structural adhesive and self-piercing rivet(SPR),the numerical simulation models of T-joints were established by ABAQUS software.Cohesive zone model was used to simulate the damage of structural adhesive and progressive damage model was used to simulate the damage of aluminum alloy.Comparing with the results of peel test,the error of energy absorption predicted by the adhesive-SPR hybrid T-joint numerical model is 3.44%,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical model.The force-displacement curves of peel test of adhesive-SPR hybrid joint and SPR joint were compared.The result shows that structural adhesive increases the energy absorption of SPR T-joint by 45.0%.The adhesive damage cloud maps of SPR-adhesive hybrid joint and structural adhesive joint by peeling simulation were compared.The result shows that SPR effectively reduces the adhesive damage area of structural adhesive T-joint.
