摘  要:农业机械零部件的使用性能、寿命,直接影响到我国农业机械化水平的发展。在农机刃具表面制备耐磨涂层是减少磨损、降低经济损失的有效方法之一。激光熔覆技术因其自身优势深受关注。对比了各自耐磨涂层材料在激光熔覆技术下的耐磨效果,指出了目前农机刃具、激光熔覆技术存在的问题。对激光熔覆技术的不足提出改进措施,对提高农机刃具的使用寿命提出了建议。The use performance and longevity of agricultural machinery parts directly affect the development of China’s agricultural mechanization level. The preparation of wear-resistant coating on the surface of agricultural machine cutting tools is one of the effective methods to reduce the wear and reduce economic loss. Laser cladding technology attracts much attention because of its advantages. The wear resistance of each wear-resisitant coating material under laser cladding technology was compared,and some problems existing in the agricultural cutting tools and laser laddding technology were pointed out. The improvement measures for laser cladding technology were proposed,and the suggestions for useful life for agricultural machinery were put forward.
