摘 要:为提高Cu基复合材料的减摩和耐磨性能,采用固相合成法制备出NbSe2微纳米片,再通过粉末冶金工艺制备出不同含量NbSe2的Cu基复合材料。研究不同含量的NbSe2对复合材料密度、硬度、电阻率和摩擦学性能的影响,并探讨了试样的减摩耐磨机理。利用XRD、SEM、TEM和EDS分析试样的相组成、微观形貌和元素含量。结果表明:制备出的NbSe2微纳米片呈层片状结构、纯度较高且形貌规整。随NbSe2含量增加,复合材料密度降低、电阻率升高、硬度呈先升高后降低趋势,且使材料的摩擦系数和磨损率得到不同程度的降低。当NbSe2添加量为20wt%时,Cu基复合材料的摩擦学性能最好,这主要归因于NbSe2和CuxNbSe2具有优异的减摩功能。In order to improve the performance of anti-friction and wear-resistance of Cu-based composites, NbSe2 micro-nanosheets were synthesized by thermal solid-state reaction, and Cu-based composites containing different amount of NbSe2 were fabricated by powder metallurgy technology. The effects of different content of NbSe2 on the density, hardness,resistivity and tribological properties of the composites were studied, and the friction-reducing and wear-resisting mechanism of the sample was also discussed. The phase composition, micromorphology and element content of the samples were analyzed by XRD, SEM, TEM and EDS. The results show that, the prepared NbSe2 micronanometers have lamellar structure,high purity and regular morphology. With the increase of NbSe2 content, the density of composites decreases, the resistivity increases and the hardness increases first and then decreases. The friction coefficient and wear rate of the material are reduced to some extent. When the addition of NbSe2 is 20 wt%, the tribological properties of Cu matrix composites are the best. This is mainly due to the excellent anti-friction function of NbSe2 and CuxNbSe2.
