超细晶2A80变形铝合金的低温时效韧化

摘  要:研究对象选用2A80(旧标称:LD8)T6态可热处理强化变形铝合金,合金经固溶后在常温下进行多向锻造(MF)及低温时效处理。结果表明,变形铝合金经多向锻造及时效处理后得到超细晶材料,材料的硬度和强度均显著提高,且塑性优良,抗拉强度为404.17 MPa,比T6态增加约17.54%,而伸长率为10.33%,只比T6态少约0.69%。2A80 heat-treatable aluminum alloy(old standard: LD8) was used, and multi-direction forging at normal temperature(MF) and low-temperature aging treatment were performed for the alloy after solution treatment. The results show that, the ultra fine grained aluminum alloy is obtained after multi-direction forging and aging treatment, the hardness and strength of the material are improved remarkably, and the plasticity is good. The tensile strength is 404.17 MPa, which is 17.54%higher than that of the alloy in T6 state. The elongation is 10.33%, which is only 0.69% less than that of the alloy in T6 state.
