新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床分型与康复期IgG抗体衰减关系探讨

摘　　要：目的通过分析武汉血液中心捐献新冠肺炎康复期血浆≥5次的7位献浆者新冠病毒IgG抗体浓度情况,探讨IgG浓度及衰减与临床分型之间的关系。方法收集献浆者患新冠肺炎期间的临床资料;患病到献浆的天数及IgG检测结果;统计分析IgG浓度、衰减与临床分型的关系。结果 7位献浆者中有4位为新冠肺炎普通型,3位为重型;抗新冠病毒IgG抗体浓度在血液中随时间逐步下降;新冠肺炎重型与普通型IgG浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgG衰减速度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎重型较普通型IgG浓度高,衰减更慢,在体内存在时间更长。Objective To explore the relationship between IgG titre, IgG diminishing rate and severity of illness by analyzing the viral IgG titre of 7 convalescent plasma(CP) donors with more than 5 donations in Wuhan Blood Center. Methods Clinical data regarding previous COVID-19 treatment of CP donors was collected, and the CP donation days after the onset of disease and the IgG titre detected were reviewed. The relationship between IgG titre, IgG diminishing rate and severity of illness was statistically analyzed.Results Out of the 7 CP donors, 4 were common COVID-19 patients(symptomatic patients without pueumonia) and 3 were critically ill. The IgG titre in the blood was found to diminish gradually with time. The difference in IgG titre and diminishing rate between critically ill and common patients was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The IgG exhibited persisting activity with slower diminishing rate and higher titers in critically ill patients as compared with common patients.
