摘　　要：目的评估COVID-19疫情对武汉地区采供血工作的影响并制定应(急)对措施。方法收集武汉地区疫情期间2020年1月1日-1月22日,2020年1月23日-2月29日"封城"前后2个时间段期间的血液采集、供应和调剂数据,与去年同期数据应用SPSS 21.0统计学软件作比较分析。结果 2020年1月1日-2020年1月22日,武汉地区全血采集量8 059 U、较去年同期的9 628 U(P<0.05)下降了16.30%,单采血小板采集量4 563 U,较去年同期4 413 U(P>0.05)、增长了2.98%;1月23-2月29日,全血采血量511 U和采血人次287,均较去年同期下降数>90%;红细胞、血浆和血小板临床使用量分别为11 511 U、9 083 U和3 410 U,分别较去年下降63.99%、71.35%和51.11%;血液调剂量(U):红细胞1 1511、血浆6 145和血小板1 065,分别增加207.12%、-22.59%和600.66%。结论 COVID-19严重影响了武汉地区采供血工作;跨地区血液调剂是行之有效的应对策略。Objective To evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on blood collection and supply in Wuhan area, and formulate the countermeasures. Methods The data of blood collection,supply and allocation in two phases,i.e. phase Ⅰ(from January 1 to 22,2020)and phase Ⅱ(from January 23 to February 29,2020),were reviewed,and then analyzed with the same period of last year statistically. Results From January 1,2020 to January 22,2020,the units of whole blood and apheresis collected in Wuhan were 8 059 U and 4 563 U,which decreased by 16.30%(vs 9 628 U in last year) and increased by 2.98%(vs 4413 U in last year),respectively. During 23 January to 29 February,the amount of units collected(511 U) and donations(n =287)decreased by more than 90% as compared with the same period of last year. The clinical demand for RBCs(11 511 U),plasma(9 083 U)and platelet(3 410 U) decreased by 63.99%,71.35% and 51.11%, respectively(vs last year). As to the blood product allocation,RBCs(11 511 U)and platelet(1 065 U)allocated increased by 207.12% and 600.66%,and plasma(6 145 U)allocated decreased by 22.59%. Conclusion The intimidation of COVID-19 to the blood supply in Wuhan can be effectively relieved by cross-regional blood allocation.
