摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎疫情爆发早期浙江省血液采集、供应和库存情况,为突发公共卫生事件一级响应期间建立无偿献血的招募策略和供血方案提供依据。方法回顾性分析新冠肺炎疫情爆发浙江省启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应(简称一级响应)后20 d每天无偿献血人次及献血量、血液库存量、供血量,并与2019年同期情况对比;对比分析一级响应启动后前后两个20 d血液采集人次和采集量的变化。结果 2020年1月23日-2月11日启动一级响应后20 d浙江省无偿献血人次、献血量、供应量同比2019年分别下降68.67%、66.27%、31.87%,每日血液的库存量与2019年相比下降趋势明显(P<0.05);一级响应实施后20 d采血人次和采血量比前20天分别增长258.09%和240.22%。结论新冠疫情对浙江省采供血产生严重影响;浙江省一级响应中的采供血应急方案的启动有效保障了疫情期间临床用血,为今后应对类似突发事件时提供了实证。Objective To investigate the blood collection, supply and inventory in Zhejiang province during the early period after the onset of COVID-19,so as to provide references for recruitment strategy and blood supply during the first-level response period of public health emergencies.Methods Daily amount of blood donors,collection units,inventory and supply in Zhejiang province during the 20 days after the initiation of the first-level response to COVID-19 pandemic(referred to as the first-level response)were retrospectively analyzed and then compared with the corresponding period in 2019. Meanwhile,the data regarding donation numbers and units before(vs. after) 20 days after the application of emergency plan during first-level response period were compared and analyzed.Results Twenty days after the first-level response was initiated(from Jan 23 to Feb 11,2020),the amount of blood donors,units collected and issued in Zhejiang province decreased by 68.67%,66.27% and 31.87%, respectively, and daily inventory of blood products decreased significantly(P<0.05)as compared with the corresponding period in 2019. As the emergency plan was launched,the donation numbers and units increased by 258.09% and 240.22% in 20 days after the application of emergency plan(vs. before).Conclusion COVID-19 pandemic has a serious impact on the access of blood in Zhejiang Province,The demand and the supply of blood are balanced by the initiation of emergency blood plan during the first-level response to the epidemic,which could shed light on the coping with such emergencies in the future.
