摘　　要：目的探讨采供血机构在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间如何保障血液的有效供应。方法对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间武汉地区血液联动和临床供血保障的措施进行回顾性分析。结果本中心在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间采取了有力的应急预案,通过跨地域采供血联动,合理调配血液资源,满足了临床用血需求。结论“武汉跨地域采供血联动血液保障模式”具有较强的可实践性,为各地区血站应对类似突发的传染性公共卫生事件提供经验,有重要借鉴意义。Objective To explore how blood banks ensure effective blood supply in the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods Countermeasures regarding trans-regional and demand-based blood support and allocation during the COVID-19 epidemic were analyzed retrospectively.Results The clinical blood demand was managed, amid the COVID-19 outbreak, by the powerful precaution plan carried out in Wuhan Blood Center, including trans-regional blood support and allocation with effective logistic management. Conclusion The Wuhan model of trans-regional blood support and allocation showed strong practicability and could provide significant experience and references for other blood banks to cope with such sudden public health events.
