应对新型冠状病毒疫情采供血应急保障能力建设与思考

摘　　要：目的通过对新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间采供血应急情况分析,了解突发公共卫生事件采供血应对策略,进一步完善和加强采供血服务体系应急保障能力建设。方法对本中心新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间,从人员设置、防控策略、用血管理和物资保障等方面实施应对措施或策略。结果新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间采供血有效满足了疫情防控和临床用血需求,但采供血量持续维持较低水平,不利于应对临床用血需求较高的公共卫生事件。结论应对新型冠状病毒疫情采供血服务体系应急保障能力建设应从应急团队建设、采血网点布局、献血者优待政策、工作人员激励等方面完善和加强,做到人员早培训、工作早谋划、物资早准备、措施早落实。Objective To analyze the responses we′ve taken during COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period., so as to understand the possible strategies to cope with the fragile blood supply in public health emergencies and further scale up support to strengthen the emergency capacity of blood banks.Methods Such such responses against the intimidation to blood supply as staffing, prevention and control strategies, patient blood management and material support during COVID-19 epidemic were carried out. Results The demand and the supply of blood were effectively balanced during COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period, though blood collection and supplies were running dangerously low, which made it difficult to cope with public health emergencies with higher demand of clinical products. Conclusion The emergency capability of blood banks could be strengthened by approaches as building emergency team, distributing blood collection network, preferential policies for blood donors and staff motivation, so as to achieve early staff training, early work planning, early material preparedness, early implementation of measures.
