摘  要:目的回顾并探讨2019年突发新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间武汉血液中心成分献血科康复者恢复期血浆采集情况,为血浆疗法的康复期患者的血浆采集提供参考依据。方法应用南格尔血浆单采机(NGL XCF 3000和DigiPla80)及相配套的单采血浆分离器(P-2000IH和P-1000D),在血液中心本部106室,让康复者舒适地躺卧于成分献血科采血椅上,选取合适的肘正中静脉建立静脉通道。单次血浆采集量2至3个循环共200-400 mL,每循环血浆收集量≤150 mL,每循环盐水补充量≥50 mL。结果截止2020年3月31日,康复者血浆成功捐献309例,因谷丙转氨酶高、血红蛋白低、血压高和肉眼可见明显脂肪血等原因72位献血者未能成功捐献血浆。结论康复期血浆采集操作简单,献血者一般耐受好。当新发传染病暴发流行而缺乏有效治疗方法和特效药物时,康复者恢复期血浆的采集在一定程度上具有临床意义。Objective To record and share the experience of convalescent plasma(CP) collection from recovered COVID-19 patients during the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan, and to provide references regarding such CP collection. Methods Plasma apheresis were conducted using Nangle Blood Cell Separators(NGL XCF 3000 and DigiPla80) and its matching collectors(P-2000 IH and P-1000 D). Intravenous line through median cubital vein was established after the donor lay comfortably on the chair for plasma apheresis. One occasion of CP collection was performed 2-3 standard procedures with 200-400 mL of plasma yielded(≤150 mL yielding per procedure), along with saline(≥50 mL per procedure) to replace the withdrawn plasma.Results Up to March 31, 2020, 309 convalescent patients were eligible and donated, and 72 donors failed in donation eligibility requirements due to high alanine aminotransferase, low hemoglobin,high blood pressure, and visible fatty blood. Conclusion CP collection, with good tolerance in donors, is easy to practice. Plasma provided by COVID-19 convalescent patients may provide therapeutic relief under the breakout of COVID-19, particularly when effective therapy nor specific drugs is not yet available.
