摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防控期间报废乳糜血浆相关献血者资料,探讨乳糜血产生的因素以及相关应对措施。方法收集2016-2020年1月1日-3月31日乳糜血浆报废率数据,并分析报废率变化趋势;统计分析本地常住人口中2020年COVID-19疫情防控期间、2019年同期报废乳糜血浆相关献血者的年龄、职业、性别、体重以及献血时段等资料。结果 2016-2019年第1季度乳糜血浆报废率呈持续下降趋势,2020年同期显著上升;与2019年第1季度同期相比,2020年COVID-19疫情防控期间,报废乳糜血浆相关献血者的年龄、职业、献血时段分布情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),体重分布情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 COVID-19疫情防控期间,本地常住人口中乳糜血浆报废率显著上升,与献血群体的年龄、职业、献血时段等分布情况的变化密切相关,血站应加强献血前饮食、作息习惯等健康征询,并在信息管理系统增加脂血报废提示功能。Objective To analyze the causes of lipemic blood donation during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 and the countermeasures. Methods The discarding rate of lipemic blood in the first quarter(January 1 to March 31) of successive 5 years(2016-2020) was calculated and its trend was analyzed. Individual differences in age, occupation, gender, weight, and time of blood donation among local lipemic donors during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 and the same period in 2019 were compared. Results The discarding rate of lipemic blood in the first quarters continued to decline yearly, however, it raised significantly in the same period of 2020. As compared with the same period in 2019, significant differences in lipemic donors during the prevention and control period of COVID-19 were notable by age, occupation and time of blood donation(P<0.01), not by weight(P>0.05). Conclusion The discarding rate of lipemic blood in local population increased significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was closely related to age, occupation and time of donation of donors. Health consultation regarding pre-donation diet and rest should be strengthened and a function reminding lipemia history should be added to the information management system.
