摘 要:目的分析新冠肺炎疫情初期石家庄地区无偿献血者的人群特征,为血站完善应对公共卫生突发事件采供血应急预案提供数据支持。方法从本中心血站信息管理系统中收集2020年农历正月疫情初起时献血人次、献血者类型、性别、职业、受教育程度数据,以及其前3年同期献血者的同类,用SPSS统计软件做分析疫情初期石家庄无偿献血者人群特征。结果新冠肺炎疫情初期期间石家庄地区日均献血人次较上一年度同期降低58.64%,重复献血者占比73.15%(4 936/6 748)、400 mL采集率为93.22%、献血者男女比例为2.82∶1,均有上升。自由职业者和农民仍为献血主力人群。在疫情期间,自由职业者献血占比明显上升,献血人群受教育程度多为初高中水平。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间石家庄地区献血人群特征发生了变化,在发生新冠这种传染病流行的重大公共卫生事件时,血站把握住这些特征有助于完善血站应急采供血预案体系,实施精准献血者招募。Objective To analyze the socialdemagraphic profile of blood donors during the early outbreak of COVID-r19, aiming to provide data support for the improvement of precaution plan against public health events in blood stations. Methods The data as donation number, type, gender, occupation, education background of blood donors who donated during Feb 2020(the early period of COVID epidemic) and its corresponding period of the previous 3 years were collected using information management system of our blood center, and the socialdemagraphic profiles were then analyzed with SPSS statistical software.Results During the early epidemic period, the average number of blood donors per day in Shijiazhuang decreased by 58.64% as compared with that in the corresponding period last year. Among these donors,73.15%(4 936/6 748) were repeat blood donors, 93.22% was 400 mL whole-rblood collection and the ratio of male to female donors was 2.82∶1;all the three mentioned indicators were higher than those in the corresponding period last year. Freelancers and farmers remained the majority of blood donors. During the epidemic period, the proportion of self-remployed blood donors increased significantly, and most of the blood donors had junior/high school certification.. Conclusion The socialdemagraphic profile of blood donors in Shijiazhuang area was different during the early outbreak of COVID-19, which can shed light on the optimization of precaution plans and recruitment of targeted donors in case of other major public health events in the future.
