摘 要:目的了解COVID-19疫情对昆山市采供血的影响,积极采取合理有效的应对策略,确保采供血过程安全,进一步满足医疗机构急救用血和正常医疗用血需求。方法采用回顾性资料分析,对2020年COVID-19疫情期和2019年、2018年同期昆山市采供血情况进行统计分析。结果疫情期间昆山市采供血量减少,团体献血占比和红细胞类调出量明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在献血人数显著减少的情况下,积极动员团体献血,加强体检征询,严格做好各项防护措施,工作人员和献血者无人感染COVID-19,同时保障了血液质量安全,满足了医疗机构用血需求。Objective To understand the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on blood collection and supply in Kunshan, so as to take reasonable and effective countermeasures to ensure the safety of blood collection and supply and meet the blood demands in emergent and regular situation. Methods The blood collection and supply in Kunshan amid COVID-19 outbreak, 2020 were reviewed, then compared with the data in the corresponding period of 2019 and 2018 statistically.Results The collection and distribution of blood amid COVID-19 outbreak dropped significantly. The proportion of group blood donation and the amount of RBCs distributed increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Such countermeasures as organizing group donation, making strict pre-donation consultation and precautions strategies contribute to no COVID-19 infection among the staff and donors. Otherwise, the collection and demand in blood is effectively balanced without compromising blood safety when the access to blood donors is limited.
