在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间电话招募全血献血者策略的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的新型冠状病毒肺炎给杭州的血液采集和供应带来严重的不良影响,本文旨在总结疫情对血液采集情况的影响,并对电话招募策略的实施效果进行评价,从而优化传染病大规模流行情况下的全血招募策略。方法使用浙江省血液管理信息系统(BIS3.0)记录数据,通过浙江血液云平台调取2018—2020年中国农历春节的血液采集数据,使用Microsoft Excel进行数据整理和比较,使用SPSS20.0进行单因素方差分析,对电话招募成功率和赴约率进行卡方检验。结果 2020年1月24日起30d内共拨打6 740个招募电话,招募成功的有1 117人(16.57%),招募不成功的有5 623人(83.43%);招募成功的人中赴约的有390人(34.91%),成功献血326人,占同时期总献血人数(1 874人)的17.4%。结论疫情期间,电话应急招募策略被证实是积极有效的,能够帮助提高血液采集量。但仅依靠血液中心的采集量远不能满足临床输血的需要,必须采取其他动员或招募策略,同时应鼓励政府在献血动员方面发挥积极作用。Objective The COVID-19 outbreak had caused a grave interference in blood collection and supply in Hangzhou, China. This study aims to evaluate the effect of telephone recruitment against the intimidation to blood collection, so as to optimize blood recruitment strategy in face of public healthy events. Methods Potential blood donors were selected using Blood Information System 3.0(BIS3.0) of Zhejiang province. Data regarding blood collection during Chinese New Year from 2018 to 2020 was reviewed using Zhejiang Blood Cloud Platform, compared via Microsoft Excel, and analyzed using SPSS20.0 software for one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA). The chi-square test of appointment rate and attendance rate of telephone recruitment were performed. Results We contacted 6 740 donors though phone calling within 30 days started from January 24, 2020, 1 117(16.57%) responded and 5 623(83.43%) refused. 390(34.91%) of the respondents attended the appointment, and 326 successfully donated blood, accounting for 17.4% of the total number of blood donors(1 874) in the corresponding period. Conclusion Calling and recalling for repeat donors for blood donations in the epidemic are effective in boosting blood collection, otherwise, blood banks should mobilize their resources and involve the governments to strengthen their capacity since blood supplies are running dangerously low during the COVID-19 crisis.
