摘 要:通过添加改性螺旋纳米碳纤维(HCNFs)填料制备了HCNFs/炭黑/天然橡胶(HCNFs/CB/NR)复合材料,重点研究4种不同的表面改性方法对HCNFs的形貌结构及其补强橡胶复合材料的力学性能和结合胶量的影响。采用FESEM、XRD、拉伸试验机和应变扫描仪对实验样品进行了表征分析。结果表明,同等填料添加量下,SiO2@HCNFs/CB/NR复合材料混炼胶的综合力学性能最好,表面负载ZnO的混炼胶对拉伸性能及断裂伸长率的提升贡献最大。5种复合材料混炼胶的加工性能相近,且4种填料表面改性方式均对复合材料的结合胶含量有提升作用。Helical carbon nanofibers(HCNFs)/carbon black(CB)/natural rubber(NR)composites were prepared by adding modified HCNFs filler.The effects of four different surface modification methods on the morphology and structure of HCNFs and the mechanical properties and binding amount of HCNFs reinforced NR composites were emphatically studied,respectively.The samples were characterized by FESEM,XRD,tensile testing machine and strain scanner.The results shown that HCNFsSiO2@HCNFs/CB/NR-composite blends with the same amount of filler had the best comprehensive mechanical properties,and the blends with surface load ZnO made the largest contribution to the improvement of tensile properties and elongation at break.The processing properties of 5 kinds of composite mixtures were similar,the surface modification methods of 4 kinds of fillers all improved the bonded rubber content of composite materials.
