摘  要:酚醛树脂经纺丝成纤制得酚醛基初生纤维,原丝再经固化、碳化及活化制成一种高比表面积、孔径均匀、导电性能好的酚醛基活性炭纤维(PACF)。首先对酚醛树脂的合成、酚醛基初生纤维的制备方法作了简要概述,其中酚醛基初生纤维的制备方法主要有湿法纺丝法、熔融纺丝法、静电纺丝法等;接着对碳化、活化过程进行了总结;对PACF的结构与性能、应用及改性方面的研究进展进行了阐述,最后展望了PACF的未来发展方向。The phenolic-based virgin fiber is obtained by spinning a synthetic phenolic resin into phenolic fiber,and the raw yarn is cured,carbonized and activated to form a phenolic-based activated carbon fiber(PACF)with high specific surface area,uniform pore diameter and good electrical conductivity.Firstly,the preparation process of PACF was introduced.The synthesis of phenolic resin and the preparation method of phenolic-based virgin fiber were briefly summarized.The preparation methods mainly included wet spinning,melt spinning and electrospinning,etc.The carbonization and activation processes and method were summarized.The research progress on the structure,properties,application and modification of PACF was expounded.Finally,the future development direction of PACF was prospected.
