摘 要:描述了一种羟基磷灰石(HA)表面改性的制备方法,它是通过L-天冬氨酸-β-苄酯-N-羧酸酐开环聚合的方法制得。首先,将HA和硅烷偶联剂KH-550反应得到表面含有活性氨基的改性羟基磷灰石(HAAPS)。其次,HAAPS引发L-天冬氨酸-β-苄酯-N-羧酸酐(BLA-NCA)开环聚合得到表面接枝聚天冬氨酸苄酯(PBLA)的羟基磷灰石(PBLA-g-HA),实现了HA表面由亲水性向疏水性的转变,合成结果通过红外光谱(FT-IR)与热重(TG)表征。FT-IR和TG结果均证实HA被成功接枝,通过控制不同的反应时间和比例,羟基磷灰石表面的PBLA接枝量为28.32%~60.48%。分散性实验证实经过PBLA表面改性的HA可显著地增加HA表面的疏水性和防止纳米粒子HA的聚集。A preparation method of hydroxyapatite(HA)surface modification was described,PBLA-g-HA was prepared by ring opening polymerization of L-aspartic acid-β-benzyl ester-N-carboxylic anhydride.First,HA was reacted with silane coupling agent KH550 to obtain modified hydroxyapatite(HAAPS)with active amino groups on its surface.Secondly,HAAPS initiated the ring opening polymerization of L-aspartic acid-β-benzyl ester-N-carboxylic anhydride(BLA-NCA)to obtain hydroxyapatite(PBLA-g-HA)grafted with polyaspartic acid benzyl ester(PBLA).The surface of HA was changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.The results were characterized by FT-IR,TGA.FT-IR and TGA showed that HA was successfully grafted.By controlling the reaction time and ratio,the grafting amount of PBLA on the surface of HA was 28.32%~60.48%.The dispersity experiment confirmed that HA modified by PBLA could significantly increase the hydrophobicity of HA surface,and prevented the aggregation of HA nanoparticles.
