摘 要:以苯乙烯和丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体,选择Fe3O4粒子为磁性载体,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,选用OP-10、失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span-80)、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween-80)为乳化剂,利用相反转乳化技术,制备出了聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸羟乙酯)/Fe3O[P(St-HEA)/Fe3O4]微球。透射电镜显示微球中Fe3O4粒子分布在内部和表面,粒度分析测试结果显示微球粒径主要分布在0.1~100μm,热重分析测试结果显示微球磁质量含量为23.3%。将所制备微球进行污水处理实验,分别测试和讨论了所制备微球对含染料、有机溶剂、油类物质污水的吸附效果。结果显示所制备微球对亚甲基蓝的吸附率达到60%,对有机溶剂污染物中二甲苯的吸附量达到7.62g/g,对油类污染物中润滑油的吸附量达到8.75g/g。P(St-HEA)/Fe3 O4 microspheres were prepared with styrene and hydroxyethyl acrylate as monomers,Fe3 O4 particles as magnetic carrier,AIBN as initiator,OP-10,Span-80 and tween-80 as emulsifiers and used reverse emulsification technology.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that Fe3 O4 particles were distributed in the interior and surface of the microspheres.Particle size analysis and testing results showed that the particle size of the microspheres was mainly distributed in the range of 0.1~100 microns.Thermogravimetric analysis and testing results showed that the magnetic content of the microspheres was 23.3 wt%.The adsorption effect of the prepared microspheres on wastewater containing dye,organic solvent and oil was tested and discussed,respectively.The results showed that the adsorption rate of the prepared microspheres to methylene blue reached 60%,the adsorption of xylene in organic solvent pollutants reached 7.62 g/g,and the adsorption of lubricating oil in oil pollutants reached 8.75 g/g.
