摘　　要：上海外高桥粮食储备库位于以填滩涂区,为32万t散粮筒库,在设计过程中进行了优化,在施工过程中采取措施解决了多个施工难题。60个仓采用3×5分类施工法,分4次完成滑模施工,总体质量良好,差异沉降小。The Shanghai Waigaoqiao Grain Storage Depot is located in the tidal flat area.It is a 3200001 bulk grain silo.It was optimized in the design process and measures were taken during the construction process to solve many construction problems.The 60 warehouses adopt the 3×5 classification construction method,and complete the sliding form construction in 4 times.The overall quality is good and the differential settlement is small.
