摘  要:新型指向式旋转导向钻井工具中,连接偏心环组和导向轴的关节轴承的动力学特性是影响旋转导向钻井工具的导向稳定性和控制精度的主要原因之一。为获得关节轴承的动力学特性,分析导向角和井下温度对其动力学特性的影响,对关节轴承所受载荷进行了分析和简化,建立了关节轴承的有限元模型。在转速、径向载荷和井下温度共同作用下,基于动力学理论和有限元方法,通过数值模拟手段对关节轴承进行了瞬态动力学分析,获得了关节轴承应力、径向位移、径向速度和径向加速度的时间历程曲线以及动态特性。结果表明:随着导向钻井工具导向角的增大,关节轴承前4阶固有频率明显增大,第5阶、第6阶固有频率有微小增大,主振型为第3阶、第4阶对应的径向弯曲;关节轴承最大应力出现在外圈内表面,井深每增加1 km,最大应力增加约86 MPa。关节轴承径向位移波动峰值约为0.228 mm,0~0.25 s内,径向速度和径向加速度有较大波动,表明存在微小振动。研究结果对提高旋转导向钻井工具的控制精度和导向稳定性以及关节轴承的合理使用提供理论参考。In the new directional rotary steering drilling tool,the dynamic characteristics of the joint bearing connecting the eccentric ring group and the guide shaft is one of the main reasons affecting the steering stability and control accuracy of the rotary steering drilling tool.In order to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the joint bearing,the influence of the steering angle and downhole temperature on the dynamic characteristics was analyzed and simplified,and the finite element model of the joint bearing was established.Under the joint action of rotating speed,radial load and downhole temperature,based on the dynamic theory and finite element method,the transient dynamic analysis of the joint bearing was carried out by means of numerical simulation.The time history curves and dynamic characteristics of the joint bearing stress,radial displacement,radial velocity and radial acceleration were obtained.The results show that:with the increase of steering angle of steering drilling tools,the first 4 order natural frequencies of the joint bearing obviously increase,the fifth and sixth order natural frequencies slightly increase,and the main vibration mode is the radial bending corresponding to the third and fourth order;the maximum stress of the joint bearing appears on the inner surface of the outer ring,and the maximum stress increases by about 86 MPa for every 1 km increase in well depth.The amplitude of radial displacement fluctuation of the joint bearing is about 0.228 mm.The radial velocity and radial acceleration fluctuate greatly within 0~0.25 s,indicating the existence of micro vibration.The research results provide a theoretical reference for improving the control accuracy and steering stability of steering drilling tools and the rational use of joint bearings.
