摘 要:在手工装配程度较高、产品体积较大及多名工人在同一站位操作的混流装配生产线中,由于工人能力差异,导致工序实际加工时间不是严格符合标准工时。为实现考虑工人能力差异的多人共站混流装配线平衡,在考虑工序人数要求与工序优先顺序等约束下,建立多人共站混流装配线多目标优化模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解。最后通过工程实例求解与仿真,验证该方法的有效性。In the mixed-flow assembly line with a high degree of manual assembly,a large volume of products and multiple workers operating at the same station,the actual processing time of the process is not strictly in line with the standard working hours due to the difference in workers’abilities.In order to realize the balance of multi-person stage-sharing mixed-flow assembly line considering the difference of workers,a multi-objective optimization model of multi-person stage-sharing mixed-flow assembly line was established under the constraints of the number of workers in the process and the priority of the process,and a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem.Finally,the effectiveness of the method was verified by solving and simulating an engineering example.
